HI THERE, my name is KERRI.

AND I'd like to take a minute to explain why I MAY NOT BE THE RIGHT PHOTOGRAPHER FOR YOU...

I know it sounds strange hearing that from a photographer, but I am going to be honest, if you are expecting someone who will capture completely perfect pinterest photos, where everyone is posed just so with huge superficial smiles plastered on everyone's faces, then I am probably not the right photographer for you.

And that's ok with me. You see, I don't take those kinds of photos and I'll tell you why... BECAUSE I CARE.

I truly care about who you are, who each person in your family is, how important each one of them are, how much you mean to each other and the special connection you all share. THAT'S WHAT I WANT TO CAPTURE. I want to give you more than just a moment. More than a few rushed clicks of the camera. More than an a few forced smiles. I want to give you something to remember, to provoke real emotion, real laughter and capture pictures that make you FEEL something. Pictures that take you back in time, like you are right there in that moment, feeling all the LOVE and reliving all of the joy of that day all over again, every time you look at them.

With that being said, if what you are looking for is someone to help you capture the raw, real, wild, loud, messy, unpredictable, gloriously wonderful, perfectly imperfect humans that you are...

...then I am the right photographer for you! And we should talk... like yesterday!

Our Philosophy

Pictures are meant to make us feel

The key is in the genuine connection between people.

It's the light in her eyes when she looks at the man she loves and thinks of their very first kiss, the way she laughs and flashes that 100 watt smile that melts his heart, the way he whispers "I love you" in her ear, the tender embrace of a mother as she softly kisses her baby's cheek, the pride in the face of a father when his daughter looks like an angel dancing in the fading sunlight. The kind of love that is tangible, unconditional and undeniable!
